General Policies

Reservations can be cancelled or changed before the two weeks prior mark to check in. After a $50.00 cancellation fee per room, the refund will be credited to the original card used to make the original reservation. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the stay are non-refundable and you will be charged the full amount. If you wish to cancel your reservation before the 14 days, there will be a $50 cancellation fee for each room that was reserved. Early departures are considered a cancellation fee and are non-refundable. Reservations made through a third-party site (Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.), must be cancelled directly with the chosen vendor to be valid. Reservations paid for with a credit card cannot be refunded if older than 120 days, and you will receive a full credit to be used within 120 days (~4 months) of the original reservation.

Check-in/out Policies
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Front desk hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*NO smoking or pets in our outside of the property*
A $150.00 cleaning fee will automatically be charged if a guest smokes inside the property/room, and will be asked to leave without a refund.
Children 12 and up are welcome if accompanied by a parent in Main House. All ages welcome in Treadwell Annex building.
Bed & Breakfast Policies
Due to the size of our Inn, breakfast is only included for those who book the Main Bed & Breakfast building.
Main House Bed & Breakfast are double occupancy only, not including our Cottage Suite. These rooms are decorated individually and have breakfast included in the booking price.
The Treadwell Annex rooms do not have breakfast included in the price of the booking. Children of all ages are welcome.
