Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:30am - 10am every morning.

Breakfast is included with all Main House rooms and can be added a-la-carte ($15/person) to any Treadwell Annex reservations through the booking engine or at time of check-in.

 

Each morning our chef selects items from the following menu to create a truly unique one-of-a-kind experience.  Room service options are available for certain rooms and we also offer quick bites for those customers on the go. We can also cater to dietary or allergy restrictions as required.   

 

Chef Specials

  • Signature chef specials (for Sunday breakfast); consisting of Corned Beef Hash, Huevos Rancheros, Egg quiches, hearty souffles, and fruit crepes.

  • Weekday menu will soon also offer quick items such as to-go smoothie bowls, topped toasts, bagels, pastries, and fruit.

  • Specialty coffee drinks will soon be available for an additional fee.

Starters

  • Steel Cut Oatmeal

    • A bowl of fresh, steel cut oatmeal, served piping-hot with dried fruit or sugar topping.

  • Shortbread Berry Parfait

    • Creamy yogurt and fruit dip parfait, covered in a three berry medley, sat atop a smooth and semi-sweet shortbread crust.

  • Fruit Granola with Almond or Whole milk

    • Ancient grains almond granola; featuring Millet, Spelt and Khorasan Wheat, mixed with dried cranberries, raisins and chocolate chips.  Served with Almond or Whole milk on the side.

 

Main course

  • Two Eggs (Served as scramble, omelet or egg white only)

    • Greek style (fresh spinach, tomatoes, and feta cheese)

    • Country style (fresh dill, ham, and cheddar cheese)

    • Garden style (fresh cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and colored peppers mix)

 

  • Potatoes (Served as hash or bird nest)

    • Our hash is made with fresh onions and peppers, sauteed in a savory herb-infused olive oil from the Nutmeg Olive Oil company.

    • Nests are made from shaved and shredded potatoes, baked in the oven with cheese, olive oil, and fresh herbs mixed right in.  Topped with a cherry tomato half and served on a bed of fresh arugula for a spicy finish.

 

  • Meats (Ham or Hickory Bacon)

    • Two pieces of Hickory smoked bacon or ham.  Served plain, pepper or candied.

    • Peppered is coated with fresh cracked black pepper and fennel seeds.

    • Candied features Bourbon Maple Balsamic Vinegar from the Nutmeg Olive Oil company, dark brown sugar and topped with walnuts.

 

  • Griddle Specialties (Pancakes, Waffles, French toast or Cinnamon rolls)

    • Belgian Waffle or Pancakes with either; fresh blueberries, banana nut or chocolate chips.

    • Cinnamon raisin french toast, coated with an orange juice, refined sugar and apple pie spice; eggy crust.  Topped with whipped cream and a strawberry.

    • Two iced Cinnamon roll pull-aparts, dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
